Our new business system integrates business management practices with modern technology, allowing for streamlined communication and decision making throughout the enterprise. Now all of our plants and facilities across the country are connected in real time so we can analyze and manage production, inventory, shipping and more, companywide—and share information more efficiently than ever before. Plus, with the ERP system making more information readily available, we’ve been able to develop new ways to bring value to our customers, including our real-time Inventory tool, which will be available soon. It’s just one more way we’ve retooled our efforts to maximize efficiency and reduce wasted time, materials and inventory.
