Lithographic Sheet

JW Aluminum is one of the only qualified suppliers of Litho sheet for the manufacture of lithographic printing plates in the United States. We have developed a proprietary processes and precise chemistries to meet the strict requirements of our customers' specifications for graining and surface treatment.  Our unique tension leveling line gives us the ability to produce a perfectly flat product, so there is no distortion in the printing process. And that perfect flatness is confirmed on our unique, marble-topped testing table through a sophisticated laser-scanning process.

Product Specs

Our litho sheet is produced in 1050 alloy, in gauges from .007" to .016" and in widths ranging from 13" to 54".
