JW ALUMINUM TO ACQUIRE COASTAL ALUMINUM

Mt. Holly, S.C., May 24, 2007: JW Aluminum Company announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase Coastal Aluminum Rolling Mills Inc. Coastal Aluminum operates a rolling mill facility in Williamsport, PA, and is well known for producing high quality products. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
