(Mt. Holly, SC) February, 9 2012 — JW Aluminum announced today a price increase of three cents ($0.03) effective immediately. The increase will apply to all new orders and contracts executed on or after February 9, 2012 on alloy series products 1XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, 7XXX, and 8XXX. The increase does not apply to existing orders and agreements confirmed before February 9, 2012.
This increase includes all products sold through JW Aluminum’s Global 1 Source Solutions.
JW Aluminum manufactures specialty flat-rolled aluminum products including fin stock used by the heating and cooling industry, light gauge converter foil for the flexible packaging industry, honeycomb foil for the aerospace industry, bare and painted sheet products for window coverings and the building and construction markets, and other foil and sheet products. JWA operates plants in Mt. Holly, South Carolina; St. Louis, Missouri; Russellville, Arkansas and Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
