JW Aluminum Names Melvin P. Lee,
General Manager, Russellville Operations

Effective immediately, Melvin P. Lee will join the JW Aluminum Leadership Team as General Manager of the company's Russellville, Arkansas Operations. Mr. Lee will be responsible for all aspects of the Russellville facility including the strategic and operational direction of the business. He will report directly to Don Kassing, JW Aluminum's president and CEO.

Mr. Lee has more than 35 years of aluminum experience in such areas as general management, sales and marketing, and strategic planning. He served most recently as Director of Marketing and Product Development for JW Aluminum. His background includes numerous sales and general management roles with JW Aluminum, Consolidated Aluminum, Alusuissee/Lawson Mardon, and Alcoa.

Mr. Lee is a pro-active manager who possesses strong leadership and team building skills that will enable the Russellville Operations to continue to grow as a high-quality manufacturing and customer-driven operation.
