JW ALUMINUM COMPLETES PURCHASE OF JACKSON, TN ROLLING FACILITY

    Mt. Holly, S.C., May 15, 2007: JW Aluminum Company announced today it has completed its acquisition of Rollex Aluminum’s rolling facility in Jackson, TN.  The addition of the Jackson mill brings significant additional capacity to JWA and adds 131 new employees to the JWA team.  Don Kassing, President and CEO of JW Aluminum, welcomed the new employees saying, “The fine reputation of the work force is one of the reasons we sought to acquire the Jackson plant.”
