JW Aluminum is known for precise chemistries, dimensional tolerances and excellent surface quality. Our capabilities include:

  • Three manufacturing locations
  • 12 different alloys in the 1xxx, 3xxx, 7xxx and 8xxx series
  • Gauges from .00025" to .125"
    • widths up to 63"
    • automatic flatness, gauge and shape controls
  • Continuous casters with multiple width capabilities
  • Annealing furnaces, with leading-edge computer controls providing O temper, HIX and H2X
  • Tension leveling lines with flatness measured in I units.
  • Slitting
    • gauges from .00025" to .080"
    • widths from 1/2" to 63"
    • up to 35 cuts at a time
  • 50,000 square-foot temperature-controlled warehouse
 
Coating
 
JW Aluminum can coat a wide variety of products with in-house formulations including:
  • A wide variety of colors, textures and patterns
  • Hydrophilic and corrosion-resistant coatings
  • Two-sided coating
  • Logos, embossed patterns, decorative and special-purpose coatings
  • Gauges from .0009" to .010"
