Lee McCarter
Chief Executive Officer Mr. McCarter joined JW Aluminum in April 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in December of 2009. Prior to joining the JW Aluminum team, he was the CFO of FleetPride, a leading supplier of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, and previously the CFO of Propex and SI Corporation, a producer of technical textile solutions. Mr. McCarter has a successful history, with over 15 years as a CFO under privately held companies, as well as a background in specialty materials companies. His experience is focused in strategy development, finance, IT and operations—driving metrics based measurements and business process improvements that create value for all stakeholders.
Ron Marchbanks
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Marchbanks joined JW Aluminum in August 2008 as VP of Operations and was promoted to President and COO in December 2009. Mr. Marchbanks has over 30 years of experience in the aluminum industry, having worked for Noranda, Alumax, Alcan, Wabash Alloys, Advanced Aluminum and OmniSource/Superior Aluminum Alloys where he served in a variety of roles, including, Plant Manager, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Commodity Management, General Manager, and President of Advanced Aluminum, before joining JW Aluminum. Mr. Marchbanks’ long, successful career is a testament to his expertise in management, sales and procurement.
Chester Roush
Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Roush joined JW Aluminum in June 2009. He has over 30 years experience in the aluminum industry and brings a tremendous wealth of sales experience along with planning and operations experience in rolled products. Mr. Roush began his sales career with Kaiser Aluminum—serving in various executive sales and marketing positions. He also previously worked for Reynolds Metal Corporation, Ormet Aluminum Corporation and Precision Coil, Inc. Mr. Roush’s sales and marketing experience, strong leadership abilities and depth of industry knowledge make him an invaluable part of the JW Aluminum team.
Wesley Tomaszek
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Tomaszek joined JW Aluminum in August 2011. He has over 25 years experience in global business finance and management with manufacturing companies spanning multiple industries including steel tubular and metal framing products, medical devices, pain relief pharmaceuticals, laboratory chemicals and agricultural fertilization products. Prior to joining JW Aluminum Mr. Tomaszek served as Chief Financial Officer of Tyco Electrical & Metal Products (a business segment of Tyco International) for 6 years. Before that he was V.P. Finance for Tyco Healthcare's Respiratory Business Segment and V.P. Controller for Mallinckrodt Inc. Mr. Tomaszek has a successful history of building, improving and restructuring companies through strategy development, focused execution and metric based performance measurement.
